Trainings
Christology
A training, where Mengstu Hailemariam, who is a lecturer of theology gave training at Lafto center to all the members of Gaius Ministry on the topic of Christology as knowing the identity of Christ is the foundation of Christianity.
discipleship
Through the guest minister, Dr. Eyob Mamo, all members of the ministry were trained at Lafto center on how to be strong in their Christianity and be positively impactful in their fields of expertise and surrounding by being a good discipleship.
Philosophy
Training at the Lafto Center was given to all the members of the Ministry to let them have a basic understanding of Christianity and philosophy by Dr. Yonas Zewde, a philosophy teacher.
Rapture
A training at Lafto Center given by theology teacher Mengistu Hailemariam to all members of the ministry to help them have an adequate understanding of rupture and long for the coming of Christ in a biblical based manner.
Work Ethics
Through Mr. Yosef, who is known for his work experience, all members of the Ministry were taught at Lafto Center about biblical work ethics and how to benefit the society, country and even the world.

Community Training
Gaius Ministry believes in fulfilling its social responsibility. According to which it recently cooperated with the government to provided a basic computer training for the youth of the community of Ledta sub-Subcity, woreda 3 regardless of the trainees religious background. Similar activities will continue as an annual regular program.
High school students Training
Gaius Ministry provides training and counseling services to high school students by going to their schools.
Training in other cities
Gaius Ministry, in cities where it does not have its own center yet, it cooperates with the youth of the churches in the cities in a holistic way.
an influential generation
Harar is a city in Eastern Ethiopia that is found 525km away from Addis Ababa. Gaius ministry had been serving and giving training for about 300 youths and potential leaders, who came from the remote, rural areas and the small towns around Harar, on the title of “An Influential Generation”, in collaboration with “Harar arategna Full Gospel local Church.”
